1. What we collect
The only personal data Vecentis LLC collects is what you submit through the Quote Request form: your name, email address, company (optional), selected project budget, and project description. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising pixels on this Site.
2. How we use it
We use the information in a Quote Request solely to evaluate your request and respond with a quote by email. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
3. How long we keep it
We retain Quote Requests only as long as needed to respond to you and, if an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement plus standard recordkeeping. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.
4. Your requests
Because Vecentis does not publish a direct contact email or address, the way to reach us about your data — to access, correct, or delete it — is the Quote Request form itself. Send your request there and we'll reply from the email address you originally used.
5. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version.
